weightloss to date: -170 lbs. Praise God!
have had 4 days of walking without the use of the cane, another Praise.
so far my feet are doing well; haven't had to use the boot on my left foot for the second week since the podiatrist let me out of it. (plantar fasciitis) another Praise!
tremors are still weekly but not as intense as April/May's episodes; no changes in meds.
feet spasms still ongoing, especially at night. (keep praying)
still waiting for a spinal tap to check for MS; no word from contract health-week 3. (keep praying & calling)
beadwork: when able to do so i bead as much as i can until fatigue or eye strain sets in. still posting photos on facebook first (habit); will update on Pinterest later this week.

Pinterest & health update
yes i am on Pinterest now (although my photos of all of my beadwork and garden photography are still hosted by Flickr)
http://pinterest.com/angielinagrass/
as far as my health issues go: well they are still with me (neuropathy, back pain, pleurisy, diabetes, etc.)
all of the CT & MRI scans, labs, x-rays, EEG tests have come back 'normal'
still being treated for chronic pain related to neuropathy & 2 bulging discs in my back (upper and lower); the pain has been getting much worse over the past 2 months. between April and mid-May i've gone to the ER at least 5 times.
last week i had a meeting with a disability lawyer to get that process started.
it's very much one moment at a time since i never know what my pain levels will be each day or each part of the day for that matter. night time is worse and it has led to bouts of insomnia, lots of fatigue and depression.
been trying to log everything as it happens (ER visits, fatigue, tremors, etc.)
also been playing phone tag with my doctor and leaving voice mails for his nurse to document events as they happen.
lots of documenting and still losing the weight on top of all of this...a very good thing too. i've currently lost 153 lbs. to date. PRAISE GOD!
today is one of my 'catch up days' where i'm feeling good and productive enough to get as much work done as i can; so it's been mostly online stuff i've been updating.
out of habit i normally post beadwork pics to facebook first since i'm on it more than any of the other social networks. i personally have to make Pinterest a once a week or every other week priority because it's so new and very addicting ('visual crack' as i affectionately refer to it.)

i'm getting some MRI's done on friday afternoon at Chickasaw Nation hospital. this to check on some progress of neuropathy damage and to look for anything else going on. will have another set of MRI's done next month too.
